All items submitted for exchange must be returned in their original condition and packaging. “Original condition” means the item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any damage not caused during manufacturing or shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request if the returned merchandise does not meet these criteria.
If your request is approved, we will share return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost during transit.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and if it meets our conditions, we will process an exchange for the same item or a replacement of equal value, subject to availability. Refunds are not provided except in rare cases at our sole discretion, such as when a replacement is not possible.
